Ken, the foolish buyer. from White Rock, British Columbia, Canada	1.0 5/28/2011 Thought it was American made; not so. The only real thing is that it is cedar; I think. The paint and glue have fumes that cause eye burning. The screws strip easily. The pre-drilled holes were pin pricks and had to be drilled. I am not a handyman...This assembly took hours and end result doesn't look very nice.[*].I thought I was getting something made in North Carolina.....not so. Was this helpful? Yes / No
