I'm delighted with my new stockpot set, (having waited to the age of 55 to own such a luxury, I researched for a few weeks before deciding on BergHOFF Dina) We had a neighborhood soup party and I also found them perfect for making demi glaze. I love that the diameter fits on each burner without extending over neighboring burners so that every spot on the stovetop can be utilized. Great even cooking...no hot spots, even when soups remain over flame for 12+ hours.....demi glaze, more than 24 hours.......AND they look beautiful. Please consider making a 15-16 quart. The quality of this cookware is outstanding. I especially like the ceramic coating, straining lids, and spoon rests. The handles feel comfortable, and potholders are not required . I think this is the most beautiful dutch oven, and I get questions from guests about it all the time! It cooks things perfectly, and I've had great success making sourdough bread in it too. I've found the light color can get smudges baked on when you put it in a high-heat oven, but they came off really easily with a magic eraser sponge.
