Berg Sierra Space Saver Twin Bunk Bed with Desk, Chest & Ladder - 22-80-XX

Love almost everything about our new twin over twin with desk. Quality construction, pretty straightforward assembly, [...]We loved the same setup with the built-in stairs, but just couldn't afford the price. We were excited to find this option for $1000 less.Had to drill out access for the brackets on the top bunk bed. This can't be seen (it's covered by the mattress), but it seems to be a glitch in the design.Berg is a fine company, and Wayfair has been a pleasure to deal with - thank you!

We bought this bed for our boy's bedroom, age 14 and 11. I like the fact that you can assemble it with the desk on either side. This setup is a huge discount from the similar setup with stairs. It was an easy decision because of the price difference. This is good quality construction, and seems like it will last. My only gripe is that the upper bunk attachment to the towers was not designed properly. We had to grind out room for the braces to fit. Since the fix is covered by the mattress, it's not a big deal, just a little disappointing. Very happy with the look (chestnut with black knobs), and the design. Thanks!!
