Not as pictured

BIG disappointment! It is not the cream and silver/grey as pictured on line. It is really taupe/gold and grey. YUCK! It is a loose weave. It is soft as described. I called right away to return it and had no problems with customer service. Now to wait 2-3 MONTHS for the VISA to be repaid!
