I'm an 18 year old female from California that recently moved here in Texas so I was really looking for a new beautiful bedroom set. I bought the platform, headboard, and nightstand. It took me about around 8 hours to build everything because I did it all by myself even though it says for each manual that you need about 2 people to build it. The step by step instructions will walk you through the whole thing in ease. As my very own opinion, if your bedroom is carpet and not wood floor, I suggest that you start building the platform on the side in which you will prefer to place it at. In the picture (as you can see), it's a wooden floor with a rug under the platform so it'll be easy to move but it's very hard to move on carpet. Moving and placing it was the only difficult part that I encountered. Alignment and screwing the platform was a bit frustrating because some screws didn't really line up well so you really have to be quite patient with this one. Couple small scratches on the bed platform but I covered it with a black marker or paint if you have them. Overall, it's a great set! (P.S. The mattress on the photo is a FULL SIZE which is the same as mine so if you have a Queen, it will not look like that.)"..."  Read more

This is a beautifully made, solid & sturdy bedroom set. I am 100% completely satisfied with the look and the quality of the unit, but I am blown away by the stupity of the people that assembled this for shipping.[...] but the ENTIRE bottom portion of the frame came pre-assembled. Unless you have 8-foot tall doors (rare) or have a double wide french door into the master bedroom, this will NOT fit into your bedroom. We have standard height doors and it wouldn't fit. There is NO way to make it fit without doing what I did.I took the bed apart in order to make it fit. I do not recommend this to most people as ALL of the parts are glued together as well as screwed in. It is very well made and you will use lots of profanity and risk damaging the product. The manufacturer could have easily assembled this in two parts so that you could actually get it into the room. It is still beautiful, but you absolutely MUST measure your door frames and any corners to see if this will fit. If not, you better be a solid (& careful) handy man to consider it. Spent 4 hours on day one taking parts off and trying to figure out how to get it in the bedroom. Spent 4 hours the next day once I figured it out."..."  Read more

I bought this bedroom set when I decided to move up from slummy, used furniture to affordable, new furniture. The style on it is fantastic - I couldn't be happier. Obviously, it's not high-end furniture and I got annoyed at the plastic drawer glides on the dressers which would stick somewhat. However, the set lasted me several years until I sold it off on Craigslist and upgraded. Assembly is fine, and I had some minor damage caused in shipping, which was promptly handled with replacement components - no trouble at all."..."  Read more

We bought this headboard/night stand set to go with the full size bed, dresser/mirror and chest of drawers we purchased from Walmart (Walmart only sold the bookcase headboard for full size bed). The headboard and night stand arrived promptly and look great, although the night stand could be a bit bigger. The whole set is beautiful for our 12 year old daughter's room and the economical purchase of the furniture allowed us to splurge on a sleep number mattress for her.
