This is an excellent frame that is sturdy. Great price too. I bought the head board brackets also. Many of the platform bed frames are low but this bed frame has my mattress (without a box spring) on it and is not too low to the ground. I got this frame because as a big and tall man I am sick of breaking box springs. This frame is relatively lightweight but solid as a rock. Took about 5 minutes to setup no instructions needed and now my king size bed has no center lump and I could jump on the bed if I wanted to without worrying about it collapsing. I ordered the California King size and it fits my mattress perfectly! Assembly was super easy (I couldn't believe how simple it was) and this frame is very sturdy and well-constructed. I had been warned by other people that metal frames will squeak and creak even when you simply get on the bed. Not this one! No squeaks or creaks at all. I'm VERY pleased with this purchase!
