Bayou Classic High Pressure Cast Iron Burner (For Square Cookers) - BG12

The Cast iron burner allows for excellent tasting foods cooked outside. The burner also allows for the foods to fry slow and tender, does not waste the gas fuel. The burner will work well with amateur cooks where burning of the foods is a concern. The cast iron burner does emit some carbon while in use. We purchase just the Cast Iron Burner without the attachments and accessories. If you do purchase just the Cast Iron Burner do include in your purchase the brass fitting that screws into the Cast Iron Burner to connect to the Gas line hose fitting. I had a problem locating this brass fitting at the hardware store.
