This fryer is great,came with 2 baskets and i ordered 2 of the taco shell fry baskets.Love it for my egg rolls and you can drop alot of fish or chicken.

Item arrived promptly and was well packed but somehow one of the legs was bent which was pretty impressive considering how sturdy this is built. It took a hydraulic jack and a 5 pound sledge to coax the leg back into position - after that assembly was fast and easy. I used the fryer at our annual thanksgiving fry-party and it worked like a charm frying for 4 hrs straight and holding proper temp with ease. Would have been 5 stars if not for the bent leg.

I host an annual fish fry. I couldnt do it without this fryer. I cook for 40 to 60 people, and the fryer does a great job holding temp, and the oil is ready for more cooking when I'm done.

I have not used the cooker yet but it appears to be just as it is advertised and at a great price.

I would love a sealed cover for oil storage

works great, easy to store oil in when not in use, oil stays clean, heats up quick

My next purchase will be the Bayou Classic 700-185, Accessory Cart for Bayou Fryer to make this fryer easier to move.
