Lady B from Cape Cod Massachusetts	2.0 6/20/2011 A little disappointed in this pan I made fried chicken in this pan and it came out fine. I just was surprised that this pan is very rough, not a smooth bottom. It has pit holes in the bottom so I am concerned that other foods using less oil will stick to the bottom. Was this helpful?
