I love, love, love this! I would recommend seasoning this on an outside grill rather than just washing off the paraffin wax coating. After one good season with vegetable oil, the corn sticks I made came out like the pan was teflon coated - absolutely brilliant! |

Great pan This is a great cornbread pan. It is cast iron, so it will last forever. The cornbread did stick to the pan somewhat, but I am sure this problem will go away after it is well seasoned. |
