Faucet looks great. Two different plumbers (same company) had difficulty with the installation (all parts are Italian and have no equal in U.S. pieces). I had to reorder a second unit due to missing parts on the first order. I was in contact with LaToscana and they tried to send me the 'missing' pieces, but I gave up after three tries and ordered a whole new unit. The handle is not bolted down and attaches by 'popping' into place. There are times when I lift the handle and no water pours down the spout, but I can also feel that the 'popped' in piece did not grab. When this happens, I lower the handle back down and lift again and it usually works the second time. There are random times that it might take 3-4 lifts before the water pours. The item looks the part and I can deal with it occasionally malfunctioning. Both plummers each had >5 years experience and mentioned they had never come across a faucet with this type of connection for the handle--just to warn any potential buyers. Also, when you turn the water off, there can be a delay of a couple of seconds before the water actually shuts off--I saw this in someone else's review of the product. Overall, I am satisfied with the purchase."..." Read more
