I was able to install this product with minimum fuss. Wiring was easy as long as you know what you need to do and are familiar with basic circuiting. I felt the construction and "fit" of the outlet left a bit to be desired. It was loose and would not stay connected to the fan body. I used metal duct tape and that seemed to help. Other than that the fan appears to be functioning per specs. I had seen some complaints about the noisiness of this fan, but I did not find it objectionable.
