This is a Bathroom heater fan and is our only heat and venting for the room.
it works great.
I replaced a brand new Nutone 765 HLV. it is not ant thing near to the quality of this fan.

I have a really old house and this was the only fan that I could find that would fit in the hole of the fan that I was replacing. I was worried but it is actually really great so far! Fairly easy to install, very quiet, and the heat bulbs get really warm without being obnoxious. This is not designed to install in existing bathrooms - that is you can't do it all from below the ceiling. You need to get above the ceiling - in the attic - to mount the box. Also, you are supposed to have an air gap around the unit from the insullation, this requires a box or some method to hold the insulation away from the unit.
The unit has two bulbs. They can be used either together with a pair of heat lamps, or seperate as one heat lamp and one lighting lamp. There is a small quiet fan that is designed to keep the unit from building up heat. The fan is much quieter than a hot air heater."..." Read more
