I grew tired of fogged bathroom mirrors and windows, and the mold and mildew threat such clinging moisture encourages. The solution was the QTXEN110S Humidity Sensing Bathroom Fan. I recommend going with a 6-inch duct to maximize air flow. The only oddity I encountered was the way in which you activate the fan to exhaust odors namely flip the wall switch from ON to OFF, pause for a second or two, and then flip the switch from OFF back to ON. Even with the company’s suggested two-function switch, you still have to flip a switch back and forth. If they had invested an additional fifteen bucks in design and development, they could have offered a push-button solution that would have been more elegant for such a sophisticated unit. And, yes, I would have paid the extra fifteen bucks. That one issue aside, I am very satisfied with the unit’s humidity-sensing feature, near-silent operation, and efficiency"..."  Read more

Love my new bathroom fan! It is as quiet as they claim. I actually got up on a step stool to put my ear right next to it to hear it running. Whisper Quiet!! I like that it is a little larger than most bathroom fans. During the installation of our previous smaller fan, the ceiling was damaged and was not covered by the fan grill cover. It looked awful but this new larger bathroom fan covers it all and looks great too. We checked out it's suction power by lighting a match, blowing it out and watching how well it sucked up the smoke. It took no time at all for all of the smoke to be gone. Works Great!"..."  Read more

Do you enjoy sporting and competition events? If so, you will notice that there is always one competitor that is reserved, quiet, and confident. This is the Whisperline Fan.I have used several fans for my needs, including CanFan, Eclient, and Vortex. I have even tried oversized fans with dimmer switches.None of them comes close to the above.Today I came home and walked into my room where the fan is in operation, and I had to walk over and touch it to make sure it was operating.I was three feet away and couldn't tell (in a near silent room, just the distant humm of computer in the background). The one disadvantage is that this unit is meant to be hard wired, so you will be required to teach yourself simple electrical wiring should you convert this to a standard North American Wall Socket.I have this unit hooked up to a Can Filter (air purification system), and the CFM coming out of it is still plenty. This is the ONLY fan I am recommending for people who need a quiet "Stealth" unit.Last selling feature, this thing came out far ahead of alot of fans on the market for power draw.[...]Very Pleased Customer."..."  Read more
