This chair is the perfect height for the balcony in a high-rise condo because it's taller than a standard chair height so it's tall enough to be looking comfortably over the railing without being so tall, as with a bar height stool, that you feel like you're going to fall over the railing. I've only had it a few days, but it appears to be well built. Just the right weight. It feels nice to sit in. The problem with it is finding a table or counter that matches the height.
