I bought 5 of these barstools for a newly remodeled office. These barstools were ordered for a bar height computer workstation. I shopped many other on-line barstool websites and found the best price and selections on this one. I was able to select a finish and choose the fabric seat covers. I selected a modern brushed metal finish with dark fabric seat covers. The barstools arrived in time and looked fabulous for our grand opening! We ordered two of this stool for our granite kitchen bar at counter height. The finish is fantastic and goes great with stainless. The chairs are very solid which also makes them a bit heavy - I guess this can be both good and bad. They swivel and have a nice foot rest as well. The stools are very comfortable with a large seat so you could sit in them a long time and feel good. They were also quite easy to assemble - it took about 10 minutes per stool. The only negative comments I can make about this counter stool are that the stool doesn't swivel as easily as it should and some of the stools creak when sat upon (we have 4). I had a professional in to look at the swiveling problem, but apparently this is not something that is easily fixed by anyone other than the manufacturer. Ordered 2 barstools. Beautifully made finished. Only complaint is the seam on fabric for both stools shows--seam should be on side of cushion facing the counter. Exceptional quality better yet...they are made in the USA!!! Website somewhat misleading-the barstool finish shown is pewter is 120 or 160 more than other finishes.
