Love the comfort of these stools. Lean back, and you fit perfectly. Our kitchen/family room is the hub of the house. The stools are used to eat, visit, and work at counter. Can comfortably sit and watch TV. The topaz metal finish pretty much matches my stainless steel appliances. The only negative comments I can make about this counter stool are that the stool doesn't swivel as easily as it should and some of the stools creak when sat upon (we have 4). I had a professional in to look at the swiveling problem, but apparently this is not something that is easily fixed by anyone other than the manufacturer. We ordered two of this stool for our granite kitchen bar at counter height. The finish is fantastic and goes great with stainless. The chairs are very solid which also makes them a bit heavy - I guess this can be both good and bad. They swivel and have a nice foot rest as well. The stools are very comfortable with a large seat so you could sit in them a long time and feel good. They were also quite easy to assemble - it took about 10 minutes per stool.
