Does not come assembled. The top needs to be attached. Easy to assemble. Not as heavy as I thought - may need rubber feet to stop sliding on a hard floor. Quality is good however, the aluminium sink/ice holder is VERY thin. The garnish trays have small holes in the bottom from the manufacturing process so must be lined or have an insert. Would recommend this for a home bar - cherry wood goes well with two-tone tan and blue walls in the house. The side bar is not trivia to attach if done correctly. I recommend assembling and levelling the main bar, levelling the side attachment, loosely attach the two bar tops, then attach the side bar top to the bar base, then tighten everything."..."  Read more

I read all of the comments for this bar and thought I would add my own. We purchased our hidden wine bar locally, so I cant comment on some of the statements of delivery. However, my wife and searched for over a year for a wine barwine cabinet before we found this one. We were not only excited about the design and size, but it is somewhat a Queen Anne style, which fits all of our other furniture. It has sufficient room for all of our spirits, plus the wine we will be drinking in the next couple of weeks. (I keep my stockpile in the basement). It is a solid, well designed, piece of furniture. The locks will keep the little kids out, but not the big kids. That is not a problem in our house, they are all grown and gone. One of the strong points of this wine bar is the fact that you can close it up, and it becomes an attractive, cherry finished cabinet."..."  Read more

We have an AICO entertainment center and they make very high quality products. We were looking for something to put in our kitchen to fill a large wall and free up some cabinet space and this fit the bill. The set is absolutely gorgeous - it is very well made, very heavy and the combination of the wood, glass, mirrors and lights work well together. The pictures do not it justice - it is a massive piece and quite impressive. Our friends who have seen it are amazed. There are 2 insulated ice buckets on either side that are built in - if you slide out the marbe pieces to the side, it opens up the ice buckets. The light has 3 settings and you just touch a metal insignia on the side to dim or brighten the lights. The shelves hold a lot of glassware and there is plenty of room for wine bottles in the side cabinets, and the center cabinet is very tall and can hold a lot of something. I would highly recommend this. I ordered it here from Wayfair and got it within about 2 weeks. My only complaint is that one of the glass pieces that diffuses the halogen lights was not completely screwed in, and one day it just fell out and broke so now I have to figure out where to find a replacement piece - it is unfortunately not quite the same size halogen light as regular under-cabinet lights, so I'll have to figure that out. This bar is very functional and attractive. It is logically organized and makes good use of space. It is "distressed" and the listing makes that point repeatedly. I still would have preferred a few more views. The only negatives, and they are minor, are that one of the side doors had a stiff lock. Both side cabinet doors lock (as does the center door). The side cabinet locks have very little clearance for the key, consequently when we were trying to open the stiff lock on the left cabinet we managed to lightly scrape the wood. It was easy to conceal with touch-up marker. That being said, this is a wonderful, useful piece. We are enjoying having everything in it's place--and a place for everything."..."  Read more
