This is a fabulous product. We had an older model that finally quit (different brand), that had served us faithfully. That said had we known about this product we would have 'chucked' the old one and ordered this sooner. Makes the best coffee ever (of couse wife a lot of help from my wife!).

The ordering process was very smooth and the product arrived when promised and in perfect condition.

Grinds coffee perfectly No mess to clean up I LOVE it!

The turning handle to grind the coffee falls off. It doesn't sound like much, but it can be very annoying. You are trying to make coffee in the morning and the things drops off.....you have to fumble around to get it back on. I would NOT buy this model for that reason. As far as the grinding, I truly do not notice better or worse and does need to be cleaned quite often.

Wayfair order was fast and as described. [...] and was in perfect shape. It took only a few minutes to sort out how to grind and unclog (simply dump grinds, set grinder to coarsest setting and it unclogs, dump that and off you go) I waited a long time but every penny I spent was worth it! Quiet and static free are a wonderful plus. This is "The Machine"

This grinder clogs often with dark roasts and it is a mess to clean up. If you like medium roasts, then you wont have a problem. The handle could be attached better.

THIS MACHINE IS SO WELL DESIGNED IT IS SO EASY TO USE DOES A GREAT JOB ON ALL COFFEE GRINDS, EASY TO CLEAN...AND JUST WORKS...THAT IS WHAT I LOOK FOR IN A PRODUCT!! THANK YOU !!
