This case has all the room I needed for the average set of tools for light maintenance and trouble shooting of elevators. I feel confident recommending this case to similar trades and or fields. I have only had the case for 2 weeks now but really like the case over the bag, due to its quick and easy access to everything. Service Review No complaints on service( purchased on line). Miller Technical Service from Northern Illinois	4.0 5/16/2010 Very good technician tool case I'm an independent contractor providing support on computer, printer and other related equipment at the customer location. Although I haven't tested it yet with an airline baggage handler it seems to be rugged enough to withstand some pretty rough handling. GRM from New York	4.0 1/5/2009 Works for me Product Review It's big and with tools, etc. is a little heavy, but having everything in one case, clean and organized has satisfied its purpose, saving a great deal of time and frustration of digging for tools in my old bag. One note on tools ... not all tools fit in the pockets such as pliers with cushioned grips and screwdrivers with large ferrules, depending on how you organize your stuff.
