I jumped at the opportunity when Wayfair offered me a chance to review some of the products they carry. I have read that using aluminum bakeware is bad for you and so I wanted to replace some of my bakeware with stainless steel. This "cookie sheet" is great--bakes evenly, cleans up wonderfully...it is a WONDERFUL replacement to the aluminum pans I was using previously.
