The 3 piece oven bond tri-ply pans and rack replaced my aluminum sheet pans and racks that had become warped and encrusted with baked-on oils that no amount of scrubbing would remove. I scoured the internet for days looking for a stainless steel half sheet pan that did not have a nonstick coating and would not warp. I was about to give up when I discovered this sheet pan. I received it last week and have already used it several times to make sheet pan dinners and roast vegetables. It cooks evenly, does not warp, and cleans up easily! I highly recommend this pan and was happy to pay more to get exactly what I was looking for. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 1. This cooks well, browns and crisps bottoms of all foods -- vegetables, cookies, meatballs.... 2. Best of all, it is easy to clean, I do not need to wastefully use parchment or foil. This is not Nanobond, so there will be some sticking, but a fish spatula. used upside-down, released food cleanly. 3. Compared to a "normal" rimmed sheet pan, the added handles made this much easier to remove from hot oven with bulky oven mitts. 4. I prefer stainless steel to aluminum as it does not react to acids and does not pit with salts. 5. So far this has not warped at all, but I have not set the oven temp above 400 F. so far. 6.
