I jumped at the opportunity when Wayfair offered me a chance to review some of the products they carry. I have read that using aluminum bakeware is bad for you and so I wanted to replace some of my bakeware with stainless steel. This "cookie sheet" is great--bakes evenly, cleans up wonderfully...it is a WONDERFUL replacement to the aluminum pans I was using previously. The ONLY reason I am not giving these pans 5 stars is because of the lip around the edge, it made pizza removal a tiny bit more difficult and the dough had a tendency to catch on one spot on each pan. That said...I love these pans. We make pizza A LOT around this house and have used them on at least three separate occasions in the last month (Baking a total of 6 pizzas each time).
