We have a new range with a dual oven. Each is smaller than a normal oven but at least one can fit a roasting pan, turkey, full size cookie sheets. Not so the others. Casserole dishes are a good fit but i had no baking sheets of any kind, not even ones that could go beneath said casserole to catch any spills. Enter these beautiful and extremely sturdy quarter sheet cake pans. They are heavy duty and don't warp or flex in a hot oven. Love them."..."  Read more

I bought two of these after deciding to ditch my rusty and warped cookie sheets. Glad I did, these are worth the price and make perfect cookies every time. I don't know if it's the pebbled surface but I haven't burned a cookie yet. I used to use parchment paper on my cookie sheets but found it isn't necessary with these sheets. They store quite nicely too and I haven't had any staining, warping or rust either. If you're waffling..don't. You won't be disappointed."..."  Read more

Ive spent my entire life using cookie sheets that had non-stick coatings, and cookie sheets that had none. I have small hands, so grabbing a hot pan, even with a pot-holder, is risky. These pans are heavier than any Ive ever used, and the handles are easy to grasp, easy to hold onto, and keep me from burning my fingers (while wearing a pot-holder mitt). The lip around the sides makes it much more probable that anything that goes into the oven will come out on the pan, not in cinders removed from the bottom of the oven. I ordered 2 sizes of this item, and love them."..."  Read more
