All the parts are clearly labeled, they also included the inventory of each box with it, so it's very easy to find what you're looking for. Took two people three days to put together, so worth the effort. The structure is very sturdy, does not move even when it was half-assembled and we had to climb up to attach the roof. One tip though, attach the swings BEFORE the roof. Our beam was slightly curved and there would be no way for us to attach it afterwards without taking the roof apart. Other than that, the instructions were great, the pictures are slightly confusing but if you read ahead a page or two it becomes clear what is that that needs to be done. Overall, we love it! Well worth the money and the effort to put it together.

Service Review

Delivery took almost 9 weeks, ordered it in August, got here in October. Had to assemble fast as the snow was coming shortly. But at the end, well worth the wait.The product arrived in excellent condition. I did contact the customer service to find out where the pakage was and they were really helpful and prompt to reply. Also, this was coming to Canada, I would hope that they deliver faster within the US.

I'm really happy with the finished product. The problems we had during assembly were somewhat disappointing: Two of the boards were damaged by a forklift or something, several of the bolts were warped which made using them VERY difficult, there weren't enough of one size of scrwes, lumber had to be labeled - was not stamped. Also, the swingset and monkeybars attach to only 1" lumber which is a little worrisome. We'll just have to see how it holds up. Right now it is a beautiful, fun set, and my kiddos (3 and 4) love it.

There are four monky bars and the kids love them. The swings are set a bit close to each other. Some kids get worried they will hit when they are swinging they are so close. The slide comes in three pieces and we felt that was a bit cheap. THe wood is not that sturdy. My husband had to pre-drill every screw hole so the wood would not split. Even with the swing set steaked it still moves if there are two or more kids swinging. THe rock wall is a joke it should just be another ladder. But the kids do love it and the neighbors kids think they have the best swing sets. I think it is because of the monky bars. It took my husband two full days by himself to put it together. He is good with construction. We would not buy it again because of the cheap quality of wood. I would spend a bit more money next time for better quality.

My 4 year old absolutely loves this swing set. I recommend sorting all of the pieces before you start, it was a full day 2-men process to put this together. It is a little wobbly with two kids swinging at the same time. Overall a great set.

Besides it taking a couple of days to assemble it and having to pay a small fortune for the Sierra backyard play set, the kids absolutely love it. If you have small kids and a backyard there's nothing better. Beats watching TV or playing video games that are just as expensive.

We bought this swingset for our 2 (almost 3) year old daughter and she loves it! It offers everything so she never gets bored! It took my husband and I about 16 hours to complete and the entire process was not very difficult, just time consuming. Our only complaint is that not all of the pieces were labeled. Only one box (out of 3) was labeled. But other than that, its a great product and its very sturdy!!

Almost bought this set in another store for $150 more. [...] Have all your power tools ready.....takes a very long time to assemble, not for someone who is not handy. My child is 5 yrs. old and it is the perfect size for him right now, I think I would have bought him a bigger one if I saw this set in person first. In 2 years he will be too big for it, but then again he is very tall for his age. Overall it is a nice set. Look for something else if you have more then two small children.
