I love the suction base and the blades are sharp. Won't work on apples that are soft or really mishappen items, but I guess that is expected. I would definitely recommend this product.

The peeler was a gift for my husband. While easy to use, it takes off too much of the apple along with the peel. He's gone back to peeling by hand.

Great for apple pie!

I really love this peeler - it helped me make my apple pies more easily and that is always a good thing. My only caution is when you handwash it to be careful - I ended up cutting myself a few times on the edges.
