Love the stir stick!

It is really powerful at crushing ice, puree, etc. However, the cleaning was very difficult. I like another reviewer had problems unscrewing the blade assembly to clean. After unscrewing and cleaning it leaked everytime after that. I kept using because it was so powerful. however, the cleanup got too bad.

The dispensing valve didn't work at all so I had to pour from the top. When I tried to clean the machine I could not remove the blade assembly. I called the manufacturer who told me to put the container into the freezer for a few hours before attempting to remove the blade assembly. This did not do any good. I used an electric jar opener which finally loosened the blade assembly. Unfortunately, the blade assembly was on so tight that the arm of the jar opener broke off. Further, when the motor was on it smelled like burning plastic.

We make smoothies every day and this makes perfectly blended (no big chunks here) beverages.
