My Personal Trainer has one and has given me a lot of exercises that are not in the booklet but are very helpful to me. I have a serious arthritis condition in my neck and the way my trainer showed me how to exercise the the Bosu Ball has helped my neck mobility better than any exercise that I have tried. This bosu is identical to the ones we use at the gym. Very sturdy, excellent product, good dvds with clear instructions and difficult workouts!
