This stroller includes a 5-point padded harness to ensure that the child is securely fastened into the stroller seat. While there is not a set weight requirement for a child to ride in the stroller without a carrier seat, we recommend that the child be old enough to hold his/her head up without assistance. This is to ensure that no neck problems arise. Thanks and regards."

At first I wasn't too excited about the new material - I thought the pre2011 bobs looked and felt nicer. But after using this new one on rough terrain and in the rain, I see that the new material doesn't get as dirty and is easy to clean. Very easy fold, great infant car set adaptor option.
