The rod itself is great! Perfect satin black simple rod. it fits together snugly and the caps at the end are very nice. clean and contemporary. but the bracket that came with it were absolutely horrible. they did not look like the picture. they were painted wood. they were not a "u" shaped cup to rest the rod in, but a full circle so it was a real pain to put the rods into the holes as well and but the panels on them. I have purchased many rod sets and never had such a hard time with any of them. So I trashed the brackets and went to home depot and bought 3 simple brackets in satin black finish. they were "u" shaped and adjustable. it looks and works perfectly now. I would probably have bought it again because the rod is so great and I looked around for a simple/thin black rod and couldn't find one I liked. and the brackets weren't very expensive.
Love these unique curtain rods!

I was looking for curtain rods that were a little different than the traditional rod and finial and these fit the bill perfectly. I found them no harder to hang than any other curtain rod. My only issue (and they're minor) is that the projection on the 28-48 rods that I bought is only about two inches and my grommet panels were a little tight to the wall. It's not a huge deal to me because I don't plan on opening and shutting them but I did have to really play with them to make them look good. One other minor issue- two of the screws needed to mount the rods had machining issues and could not be used. Luckily I had some screws that looked the same that I was able to use. Overall I'm very happy with these and would recommend them. Another benefit- they're made in the USA!
Way overpriced and not worth it.

I could have used a regular rod that just not put the ends on it. In fact, it would have been better.

It looks very good but was a little hard to assemble and put up.
