I had to add pillows to the back to be able to sit comfortably for any length of time. One has to read between the lines to decipher this in the reviews. Tolerable but not happy! Was this helpful? The biggest complaint I had was with the packaging. The couch came in 3 separate boxes. Every single box had a busted package of silicon beads. Every time I lifted a piece out of the box I could hear beads spilling across my hardwood floor. Now I have hundreds of tiny invisible beads all over my living room. Was this helpful? Yes / No
