vszym from Washington State	1.0 3/17/2008 Water cooler freezes up The cold water side of the cooler freezes up completely. The device has to be turned off in order to thaw it out. A part was loose inside the cooler and had to be attached prior to use. The product doesn't work but I didn't have time to send it back. Was this helpful? Yes / No
