Received this chair with a broken strut, sent a note to customer service 2 weeks ago and am still waiting for a reply. Very unlike Wayfair. Wood gauge is light and even though the directions say it is treated, it definitely needs a coat of something. Not the greatest workmanship or instructions but it is worth what I paid.
Foldable Adirondack Chair with Pull Out Ottoman
Lisa from Dushore, PA – Verified Buyer
I have to say, when I first received my purchase and assembled the chairs, I did not think the wood was heavy enough and I was uncertain of the durability of these chairs. I was very impressed when Wayfair responded immediately to my concerns. I decided to keep the chairs and honestly am now glad that I kept them. The chairs have proven to be durable and I use them almost every day outside. They are comfortable and the pull out ottoman is a nice feature. The fact that they also fold up is going to be very useful when I store them for winter. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase from Wayfair and with the experience I have had dealing with them.
Good chair for the Money

It was a pain to put together... you do need a power drill. It feels like it will require special care.. a bit creaky. But for me, it is a fine chair. with care it might even last 3 years, hopefully more, but with the creaky noises i doubt it.
Good enough for price

Smaller seat, pull out footrest is nice, pain to put together but 20 min w a drill, light weight but have a nice look on the lawn

Nice chair, but challenging to assemble. Locking nuts are difficult to get started and the Phillips head bolts are too soft to hold without stripping while tightening the nuts. Frustrating.
Confortable, pull out leg rest is unique.

Very disappointed for the price, item is junk better off buying ones you can see first very thin material not worth 200+ per chair Pros: none Cons: got all day to assemble then this is for you missing parts on both sets etc
