Atlantic 1080 CD / 504 DVD / 576 Blu-ray Media Tower in Espresso - 38435714

My Atlantic Espresso Media Tower is beautiful. I had my doubts (along with several other units) when surfing the internet, but this one really shines. All of the exposed "wood" surfaces (other than the back) are covered and every disk has an unobstructed view. I also loved the option to anchor the unit to the wall with the supplied hardware; however, I did not utilize it. Upon receiving the package, some damage from shipping was apparent via a hole near one end of the box (about the width of a couple of fingers). To my surprise, the contents of the package were not disturbed. I gave four stars because the back was a little hard to line up. I didn't have any issues with nails coming through, but I did notice one of the cam locks had slightly ripped out of place after flipping the unit over and standing it up. I'm not sure if I am to blame since I thought the cam lock was tightened enough, but it is a concern of mine. All in all, you can bet that I will be getting one of these if I ever need another media tower. I will just have to remember to use power tools on the screws for attaching the bases to the appropriate walls as well as supporting the middle of the unit when it is faced down.

A great product for the money. Fairly easy to assemble with my husband's help. A lot of storage that doesn't take up a lot of room. I will be ordering another one in the near future.

Supper fast ship and in great condition third time I have bought these from them. Love these shelves, and use them for book, movies, and games. They are extremely heavy in the box, but not so bad when you put them together, make sure to bolt to the wall, as they are tall boys and can fall over.

Great product....my second purchase of same media tower. Installed side-by-side in closet..took about 65 minutes to assemble...labeled pieces and clear instructions make the assembly fool-proof.

This bookcase is awesome for the price. The shipping/service from the company is great too.

Product Review

Although I am happy with purchasing this unit, I was not fond of the assembly between the top half and bottom half. The material that the stand is made of is not "MDF" but is fine particle wood. While assembling the unit the bottom and top halves of it came apart in pieces. I had to immediately try to repair it in the middle of putting it together. After repairs it is OK, but I would prefer something of a denser material makeup. Otherwise, this thing will store a TON of CD's and DVD's, which for that I am thankful.

Great product for the price. All the parts were packed, and ssembly wasn't difficult, even for a mechanically-challenged person like myself.. Now the bulk of my CD collection is housed in it. Makes me feel organized. Money well spent.
