Aroma Double Electric Range Die-Cast Burners - AHP-312

Using this during our kitchen remodel. It works like a charm...it does take some time to heat up, but I turn it on 5-10 minutes before I really need it. I also heat water in an electric kettle and add that to the warm pan to shorten the time it takes to boil water for pasta or soup. We've used it for everything since we don't have a microwave right now and we have not had any problems at all.

good price excellant construction I use it in a small engine shop to heat cleaning solution. I wish this was the hot we had from the start

Takes a little time to get comfortable with the heat regulation of the different size burners, but does a great job.

I use this product in my food demo class - for teacher and student. Easy to use and very responsive.

We have gutted our kitchen and needed a hot plate for the interim...this works wonders! I have to say it is a bit slow to heat up water so I try to start with hot water to speed up the boil. Otherwise sauteing and frying are great. Cleaning can be a hassle the quicker you get to the spillages the better.

[...] only one burner worked and the unit was dented and sounds like a screw is loose inside. I don't know where the receipt is so I couldn't send it back and I needed it to do my work so I have only been able to use the one burner. What a rip off. [@]

Delivery was prompt and product came in great shape due to sturdy packaging.

When my rangetop went out, I ordered and used this hotplate. I love it because it's easy to clean and works great. My only complaint is that it takes a bit to heat up. Don't think you can turn it on and cook right away. After a few minutes it works fantastic. If you need a hot plate for your dorm, camping trip or to replace your range top. It works great and I'm very pleased with it.
