My cats love it! The bigger one uses it mostly for a scratching post. My little one climbs & sleeps in it. Great quality for the price, very sturdy and the color is beautiful.

We picked this model out because of the shape and color (so many of them are beige and the cat hair shows up so clearly). I wish I had listened to some of the other reviewers and picked a different model. The two round platforms are indeed too small for an adult cat (and they're hard, too!) There is also no edge on the platforms, like our old ones had, to make the cat feel more secure while sleeping. Our two cats love the stuffed toys that came with the unit--I feel as if we bought a $100 cat toy instead of a cat tree! Strongly advise potential buyers to pick another tower.

It was very difficult to put together. Screws did not easily line up. Once we finally got it together, we are happy with it. Allthough a little wobbly, our two adult cats, 8lbs and 10lbs don't seem to be fazed by it.

Just what my cat was looking for, she starting playing with it before it was fully assembled. I add the hanging string toys only when I'm around for supervision, instructions do say for display purposes only on those and I would be afraid of a cat hanging if left alone with it. Decent height, I didn't want anything too high because my cat is mostly blind. The fur wasn't exactly what I was expecting. I would say its more of a longer fiber length than thick, compared to the last armarkat that I purchased. Love the color. The only con is the construction time on the hideaway house part. Only the top and bottom are solid, the sides of the house are cloth (I wonder about its longevity). My last armarkat, the hideaway came pre-assembled and was hard sided all around. This one you have to line up posts blindly inside. Takes some time, but is worth it to have such a large hideaway. My last one was half the size of this hideaway house and my cats never used it. I was also concerned about the holes in the platform having an almost blind cat, but my cat has been navigating it well. There's another hole in the top of the house that I couldn't tell from the picture. My cat actually like attacking toys in the house from the top of it.

My cats LOVE this and so do I! They chase up and down, sleep in the "cave" and perch on the top to look out the window! Great color as I feel it won't show dirt over time like some other colors would (specially the ivory ones)!!!

My cat loves this. She can sit up high and look over everyone. She can scratch in the appropriate place. She also has a place to get in and hide.

I purchased this item for my cat [...]! The color was selected to match décor in my home. However, the product was selected based on the options in which my cat could use the tower. It serves as a bed, perch and a great fixture for exercising. Moreover, she (my cat) took to the unit as soon as it was put together as if she knew it was hers. Oh-yes, by the way, it was quite easy to assemble – that is – according to my husband!

Another typical quality cat tree in this price range. It has the thin faux fur glued to 1/4" particle board. All the scratch posts have 1/4" piece of rope wound around 4" hard cardboard tubes. This faux fur does come in a nice soft shade of sea green but is still thin. The condo has plenty of room inside & the cats like to pop there heads out of the top opening (it's hilarious!). The cats lay on the 2 round platforms on top of the scratching post. They don't have any padding nor do they have the 3" little side walls which makes them not quite as safe or comfortable for sleeping. This tree is very, very sturdy with no wobble at all. It's a nice 60" height. Not too tall not too short. All 5 of our cats climb & play on it.
