This was delivered within a few days very easy to assemble, also. My cats are on it quite alot whether chasing each other up and down or just relaxing. Great scratching posts, too. I bought 2 and glad I did. Would recommend!!!!

Very easy to assemble, however the fabric is very thin and there is very little padding to make it comfortable. Wish the top perch had higher sides.

I have 8 cats,2 of them weigh close to 30lbs. I was worried about the stability,as the old one,would tip over. This is the best cat tree,sturdy,stable and well made. All of my cats love it and there has been 4,at a time on it,all competing for the top perch.They have taken the toy off,several times,but it is easy to re-tie.More than 5 stars.and Wayfair had it to me in 2 days.

The folks at Wayfair recommended this tree when I told them I have a 20lb cat. My 20lb cat does fit in the house nicely she doesnâ™t attempt to climb the tree, but my other 3 cats are thin as another reviewer stated they find the tree not natural or easy to climb. The smallest of my cats also finds the perch at the top too small. In addition, once she gets to the second or top perch she jumps straight down because the perches are not angled properly and not large enough to enable her to descend from perch to perch. Furthermore, the carpet is the worst Iâ™ve seen on any cat tree. I will never buy another product from Armakat again.

Took a minute for Zeus to get use to, but now he loves it. Plenty to scratch on besides My furniture.

I was apprehensive about assembling this myself, but with a friend's help, we assembled it in about 20 minutes. Both cats like it and compete for the top perch. May have to get another one!

Ive been looking everywhere for a cat tree that wont fall over if a cat climbs it. After weeks of searching I found this one. It is just what I needed. The only complaint I have is that the toy got pulled off almost immediately and that my 2 kitties cant seem to figure out how to jump to the top tier. Only time will tell if they can figure it out. Otherwise, I love this tree.

The Wayfair "Kitty Condo" we bought has proven to be a popular location for our two young sister cats. It was easy to assemble and, so far, has showed no instability. The two of them race to the top and enjoy the toys. Our only "complaint" might be a desire for a more padded surface on the top because they like to sleep there.

Easy to put together. all I did was set my Kitten Oliver on it and he took it from there. Sleeps in the top section every night and plays on it constantly. Good hiding spot in the bottom for when he does the smack and run with my dogs. Highly recommend!
