Nice but Large

my 2 cats love it for clawing, climbing, & playing w/the mice. The holes for the cubby's are a little small, maybe 2 inches larger would be better. The over all height could be reduced to the top of the cubby's also. I would buy a smaller version if available.
Not for all cats.

It's a good tree, except for the fact that the openings in the condo are very small. I have two cats. Neither are fat, but only one fits through the hole. She's a very petite cat. My other cat is just naturally large, and he can only get half his body in there. The cat who does fit looks quite cramped in there; in fact, she's only actually hung out in there twice, and never again. I'll probably end up just opening the holes a bit with a sander. So, it's a fixable problem, but a sizable pain. If I could do it over again, I'd go with something else.
My cats love it!

Very nice and easy to put together, ONLY con is that if you have large cats say over 10 lbs, they won't fit in the cubby holes.
