We bought model dz972f8. First of all, let me warn you that this is not an easy install. We had professional contractors install ours and it took them three trips to get it right. The directions for installation are very unclear (chinese) and the quality of the steam head and hand wand are extremely cheap. The steam head cracked and just fell out when nobody was touching it. The drain is extremely hard to clean as you can't lift the floor to check if its clogged unless you remove some of the screws at the bottom that hold the back pannels up. We had two major floods in our basement because of this. We ended up cutting the wood floor so we can easily remove the floor to check the drain which has to be cleared daily or it will flood. There is practically no room for any extra water in the pan. This unit has an extremely poor design for the drain (flexible hose) that we had removed and replaced with larger pvc piping for better drainage. Make sure you also caulk all around the bottom under the floor panel or it will also leak. We had 2 of the hoses come loose in the back which also leaked. This is an awesome looking shower and the steam works nicely but the price is not worth the hassle. Knowing what I know now I would have definitely had a real steam shower built and not bought this free standing one. Beware!
