We purchased this rug for our daughter's nursery. It is beautiful and everyone who sees it comments on how cool the rug is and how great it looks in the nursery. Our daughter has not been born yet so it has not been used very much so i don't know about its stain resistant properties. We also use this over hardwood floors so you will need to purchase an anti-slip barrier for underneath the rug so it doesn't slip and slide. Bottom line, I love this rug, it is very stylish, and trendy and not just your average, everyday area rug! I would strongly recommend it!"..." Read more

The rug is a nice whimsical touch. The design is very striking and bold. The colors are neutral,with the background being taupe,which can appear more beige given the lighting, and cream. It sheds a little, like many new rugs. I'm working on getting it to lie flat at the corners, but I'm sure it will since it came tightly wrapped. I cannot speak to durability because I just got it. One thing I will say is the Roman numerals on the rug are incorrect! Normally 4:00 would be IV, not IIII as shown. If you can overlook that fact, the rug is attractive."..." Read more

Great rug. I have several in natural and brown. It is advertised as a kids rug. But, I use it in my living, family, loft and bedrooms. I love the texture. It is fun and different. I have never seen this rug in any other house I've visited. The brown is a deep brown color. The backing isn't like sandpaper like some rugs so it is safe to use on woodfloors without a backing.
