This is a nice rug. I like the design, and the material is soft and not "fake feeling" despite being synthetic fiber (olefin). Be sure to vacuum your rug when you lay it down, before putting furniture on it. Also, get a rug pad to protect your flooring. This rug is gorgeous but the colors are different than stated. They are predominately brown, black and a tan that reads as sage green. There is so little gray that it doesnt register visually. This is our new living room rug. The pattern is clear and the colors match the web-photos. The rug is soft and lies flat. I hadn't thought the pattern was at all "Arts and Craft" style -- but it turns out to fit in perfectly! We've ordered the Englewood in red for the dining room.
