I had been looking for an 8' round or octagonal rug for a seating area in an octagonal space for quite some time when I finally found this and knew it was the one. Everything about it is just beautiful--thick and luxurious. The color name says brick but the rug label says red; I would describe it as a deep, rich, warm red. Being dark, though, means it shows lint and pet fur pretty quickly after vacuuming. It also took some time for the marks from being rolled and shipped to flatten out, but I don't consider this or the lint factor to be flaws in the rug but the nature of the beast."..." Read more

the rug is beautiful. There is a dark yarn also running through this rug that was not expected. So I would say this is not pure ivory yarn"
