We purchased the ~8'x10' rug to replace a wool one that had a design we loved but shed like crazy and irritated our son's skin. This area rug is a great replacement - at about a fifth of the price! It vacuums easily and our son can crawl without fibers sticking to his clothes. The rug has a 10mm pile height and is soft underfoot. Like most area rugs, though, you do need a good rug pad for optimal comfort. We've only had one spill so far, but it was cleaned easily.
The only negative was that I expected more muted colors from the image provided. I would describe the rug as light tan with accents of burgundy, rust, taupe, and slate blue. However, it still works with our decor and my husband actually prefers the deeper colors."..." Read more

I always note that with rugs, I don't follow my normal rule of buying top of the line products because of my three dogs. Rugs just don't last for us. That said, this is a nice looking rug. Buying online, the big problem is deciding how accurate the colors are. This rug is more to the aqua blue family, not the sky blue. It's a nice color and the rug looks well-made, no issues.
The pattern is not very refined since the yarn is not a very fine twist. So a nice rug for a den or bedroom, maybe not for a formal room. Probably would want a nice pad under it, especially on a tile floor."..." Read more

Although this rug is not rubberized on its backing, we purchased it for the kitchen area on wood floor. Found this to be an excellent complement to our new kitchen (painted, glazed cabinets). Especially pleased that the "sage green" color advertised was right on. Subdued tone of rug and nice flowered border effect made it a great complement to our primary rug in dining area.
