I received my rug much faster than I expected (in time for a luncheon I had 2 days later), and found it to be exactly as advertised and beautiful in my cottage-style living room. The color is a soft yellow, not a neon yellow at all, which I was afraid it might be. I put a non-skid pad under it, but probably don't need it. I can't comment on wearability,etc. as I have only had it a couple of weeks. I had seen and priced this exact same rug in a local furniture store for over $1000---much more than I paid at Wayfair. I now have four of these rugs of varying sizes. We live in the mountains and are in and out of the house frequently. We are walking on the rugs all the time and while I am seeing fraying on the top more than I'd like, I am still quite pleased. Only time will tell about the durability and I'll be watching them.
