It's incredibly simple to set up - pour some sugar in, pour the included packets in, fill to the line with water, screw on the lid. Attach the included hose to the hole in the lid, and the other end to the "ladder" (diffuser) and suction cup it to the tank. Everything you need is included. It also comes with 3 doses of the activator and stabilizer, but you can use your own store bought yeast once that runs out. I've had this going in my tank for a week and a half now, and my plants have shown incredible improvement and my nitrates have dropped from their usual levels in between water changes.
