A kitchen essential I use this pan for making risotto and other dishes that involve sauteeing and simmering. It's nice and heavy, and the lid makes it totally indispensible in my kitchen. |

Love it so far We're enjoying this pan for stir frying and sauteing. It heats evenly and is easy to clean. The big question will be how long the coating lasts - we're hoping it will be a lot better than other non-stick pans we've had in the last couple of years. |
