Wannabe Better Cook from Southwest US	5.0 5/9/2010 Nice Pan This pan heats evenly and takes just a little bit to get water boiling but when it does, it's HOT. Whatever you cook in it, cooks evenly. The pan is heavy enough where it doesn't slide around on the stove - I have a glass top stove so this is important. The 2 qt. pan is even heavier and doesn't slide around either.
