Story Behind the Art

Artisan Story:  American Jewelry Designer and Geologist, Anna Bloom, turns her love of rocks, gems, and light into lush jewelry designs that emphasize the natural beauty of carefully selected gemstones. The inspiration for many of her designs was conceived while Anna was living in Milan, Italy. She gathered this inspiration as she closely observed the art and architecture while roaming the streets of Venice, Verona, Rome, Assisi, Florence, Cinque Terra, and Milan. Anna's jewelry designs are unique because they accentuate the essence of the carefully selected, skillfully cut crystals and precious and semi-precious gemstones that are used in these handmade pieces.
