Overall this is a nice cat tree. I put it up against the wall just under a window so the cats can lay on the top shelf to enjoy the sun and breeze! The one thing I would say that is not great about it is that I was hoping for the levels to be more "stair like" - my cats are BIG and they aren't really able to climb on the lower platforms, they end up just hopping on one step in order to get to the top.

Note that the tree comes assembled in a GIANT box. I had to wrangle wtih it a bit and take it out of the box in order to carry it up the stairs by myself.

This cat tree is fabulous! It has great construction and has that simple and classic look. My house is very contempory and this tree fits right in. If I would ever need another cat tree this is the only one I would purchase. Great purchase!

I have four cats (1 is 22 lbs) and all four use the cat tree. Often I will have 2 to 3 cats on at 1 time. the lower shelves are spaced closely but my girls are small and lay on the shelves especially when the top shelf is occupied. Big Boy loves climbing and is often on the top shelf. If he jumps off the tree stays in place which is key when you have multiple cats or a very large cat. I'm still trying to get the cats to use the sisal rope for scratching, but they are not used to the rope. Loved the fact the cat tree came pre-assmbled and is made of wood not pressed card board. Once the cat tree was out of the box it was pretty easy to move around the house my self. One item on both of the cat trees I purchased there are holes in the carpet (looks like from the tool to attach the carpet to the tree). Other than that it doesn't look bad, and the cats actually use it. I would like a version which is taller or an additional shelf.

For me the product was shipped before the estimated shipping date. I had the product waiting at my front door when I got home. I like receiving info on the shipping so I could track where in the process it was.

My two cats love this. The quality is high. Very sturdy. I like that its light enough for me to move around pretty easily. My only complaint is that the carpet on each of the shelves had the impression of four nail heads or screwheads in them, something Im sure happened in the storage process, prior to assembly. The carpet on the one I received is not as fluffy as shown in the picture, but I like it better. Its more Berber-ish and feels more modern. The price for this was fair and the delivery went off without a hitch.

Very sturdy, well built, and does not look over-done...it has that touch of class that can actually blend with your decor without looking like some cat carnival that just rolled in to town. We have it in the living room, right in front of the window. Both of the cats take turns on the top and sometimes the middle ledge. The bottom (not base level), rarely gets used...except when they're playing. Second thoughts: should have spent a little extra to get the wrapped rope on the poles instead of carpet. There's always little pieces of carpet to vacuum or sweep up and it'll extend the life of this "tree."

I have had this product for a few months and both my adult cats love it! I have it near a window in the kitchen so they use it to look outside, watch us cook dinner, or just take a nap. It is very substantial and does not tip over. The cover is holding up to both cats clawing it. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a place for their cat to just be a cat. Only draw back is I have a white cat and chose the blue cover so it shows hair and needs to be vacuumed to stay looking good.

I have 4 cats but bought this for our "upstairs" and somewhat fat kitty. She loves her new perch and she fits very comfortably on it. It is also very sturdy. She launches herself off the bed onto the tree and it doesn't move. Its just above windowsill height so she is able to lay there and watch the birds. I wish 3 of the four legs were sisal but at least the tallest one is. I like the gray color. This is my first purchase by this manuf. I think they are very well made especially compared to what I had. Love it.

Our kitties liked the first one we bought so much we ordered another one. We have always purchased 5 feet or taller cat trees. Surprisingly both of our monsters love the 36 inch height. The humans in the house love the sisal and carpeted scratching posts. Our inside kids have claws and use the poles daily. Our female is ginormous so she really likes the large perches . It's sized for a plus size girl. The 36 inch height makes it easy to move it from room to room or window to window. A third one might be in our future!

Delivery was fast. The product arrived in good condition. Loved not having to assemble it. Just pulled it out of the box and the playing and climbing began. The free S&H was great!

My two cats just love cat tree! We use it for them to look out the window & of course they do fall asleep on it too!
