Item arrived with the shipping box in good condition but the handles and some hardware were floating around inside. Only three out of four handles came, and two of those were damaged. Some hardware was missing. The manufacturer was quick to offer replacement parts, but now I have big board parts laying in my living room waiting for parts to assemble it. I don't think this piece was worth the extra money I paid for the "wood" trim accents. The top and bottom edging is oak-look tape over pressed wood and scratches and chips easily. The handles are a very soft wood product that has no grain like the oak taped edge pieces and the color doesn't match. You're probably better off sticking with an all-white unite that is $50 less. That said, the size is good. This thing is HEAVY. I'm not real crazy about the hinge system that consists of a pin-and-sleeve style assembly at the top and bottom edge of the doors that they pivot on rather that actual attached side hinges with more points of contact on the door and sidewall pieces. These things are asking to fail with any stress on the open door at all. We'll see how long they last me in my gentle and infrequent use. I wouldn't buy this unit again.

The process of ordering and the promptness of delivery was excellent. During that process there was an area for special instructions for delivery which I completed specifying where the delivery should be left. The directions were not visible anywhere for the delivery people thus the delivery ended up at the wrong entry point. Additionally it was evident that the box had been damaged and in fact two pieces had to be replaced. I am still waiting for their arrival from the Manufacturer. Once the two replacement parts arrive and the pantry cabinet can be fully assembled I am sure it will be fine. Thank you for your concern.

The main frame was not a perfect rectangle, not having perfect right angles, so the doors did not open and close properly. The clasp on the inside of the door did not meet the opposing clasp of the cabinet frame. It had pre drilled holes so there was nothing I could do to correct the angles. I had to remove the bottom piece of wood colored decorative panel because it prevented one of the doors from opening at all. I am still using it but I have to lift and pull the right side doors to open them. And have to lift and push in to close them. What a bummer. Otherwise it was what I expected and fit my kitchen just fine.

Not as sturdy as I would have liked and we were missing one piece but they were quick to send a replacement. It does work for what I need it for...

The purpose of this pantry is to store our dry goods, which means it will be open and closed daily. It seems sturdy enough to handle that and it isn't a complete eyesore, so overall I am happy.
great products that matched the description

Found this cabinet was just the right size that I needed. It was easy to put together, sometimes needed two people. It took me 2 and 1/2 hours. Love it and would recommend it Pros: all pieces lined up. Sturdy enough to hold canned items. Cons: I think the lower door handles should be up higher than in the middle of the door

This cabinet is disgusting. We had to drill the hole that was too small to put a door on. There are four doors and only one closes properly and they are all crooked. The cabinet leans to the right. It is so horrible looking that I am going to take it out of my kitchen and put it in the basement. Extremely poorly made.
Kitchen must have!
